Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address automatically.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS service point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
